About

We use a sustainable part of the Oyster mushrooms to make a textured filling to which we add seasonings and flavours to make a fantastic meat alternative. All our products are currently made from the base of the mushroom. Providing natural vitamins, nutrients, and texture, it’s the perfect low-fat core component of our delicious range.

Using the humble mushroom as our base ingredient also means it takes much less energy to produce than meat alternatives reducing the impact on the planet whilst maximising the taste. Our mushrooms are sourced from around UK & Europe and due to the sustainability of the way they are grown, ensure availability all year round.

Inspiring our customers

Kate fell in love with the food industry from a creative background and applied this to our products and photography. Her big passion is creating images of products that really tell our story and are good enough to eat. Creating meat-free dishes and recipes from our range to inspire our customers.

Determined to create fantastic products first and foremost, Kevin leaves no stone unturned when developing our range. His priority is that our food is packed with flavour, texture and stands up to the needs of a chef in a commercial kitchen. His long career as a buyer in food service ensures he has a keen eye for products that work for wholesalers and chefs alike.

Who are Field and Forest?

We’re a small, dedicated company with a big heart. We’re passionate about the food we create in an industry we love. We’re on a mission to get our Field and Forest range on as many menus as we can.

Why should I choose Field and Forest?

Going above and beyond is in our DNA at Field and Forest Foods. We can help with menu creation and mouth watering images to entice your customers. Point-of-sale posters and recipe cards can also be created for you.

How do I store my products?

All our products are delivered frozen and need to be stored at -18.C. The benefit is that you can take out to cook exactly what you need when you need it without any food waste.

Do you manufacture in the UK?

We’re proud to have all our products manufactured in the UK. It means we can put back into local economies and be hands-on in developing our products.

Are your products allergy friendly?

We keep ingredients and additives to a minimum and are proud to say our products are free from soya and our burgers, meatless balls and sausages do not contain gluten.
